This is a capture of the page on 02/04/11 showing my Twitter
"#FollowFriday" Ranking.

My results is created by my #AwesomeTeam mentioning @Poet_Carl_Watts and including #FF in the message!

Previous week's statistics were not retained due to being out of town. The week prior are available,

A few bits of data: The game starts Thursday 1200GMT which is 4pm California time on Thursday. It runs until 1200GMT Saturday which
is 4:00 am Saturday California time. It believe that's correct!

To play all you have to do is add # to FF or FollowFriday. The hash mark must be directly in front like this #FF or #FollowFriday.

I try to respond to all mentions on Friday with a #FF back to my followers to help their ranking in the game. I also originate at least one
message to my active players that  #FF is being played!

If you want to play the game, let me know and I can do a solo mention of you to help your points total!

If you are playing #FF and would like my help, @ me Twitter or email me and I ensure you get a solo
recommendation every Friday to help your game.

What I noticed is some follower's names were in "red" with a line through their name.
If I moused over their name, it says
"This used did more than 50 FFs. His recommendation doesn't count for our raking." When I clicked on his name and went to his
FollowFriday ranking page, he was not given any ranking but it says in the ranking position "Did More than 50 FFS."

I don't understand. I did more than 50 recommendations but not that many for anyone person. Perhaps, it means more than 50 to a
single person. It's not clear.

Here is exactly what they say:
  • Each followfriday recommendation is worth 50 points divided by the number of users recommended in that tweet. So if you
receive a followfriday recommendation which only mentions you in the tweet, then you will get 50 points. If the tweet mentions 2
users you will each receive 25 points, and so on.
  • If you recommend the same person repeatedly during the same week, only the first recommendation will be taken into account.
  • Users that make more than 50 recommendations won't be ranked. Their profile will still be shown but they will not be ranked.

So if you want to play, don't play too hard. Let it be fun!
